What's the difference between Starter and Standard?

Starter gives you ERPNext + CRM + MyInvois — enough to run finance, sales, and stay compliant. Standard adds WhatsApp messaging and 1 AI workflow on top, delivered in 6 weeks. Most clients pick Standard.

Who qualifies as a Founding Partner?

The Founding Partner tier is capped at our first three clients. You get the full Standard scope at a discount and RM 1,800/mo locked for 24 months — in exchange for a written case study and 2 referrals.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Managed hosting, MyInvois rule updates, backups, monitoring, and your support hours. Growth and Pro tiers also include WhatsApp, AI workflows, monthly check-ins, and priority response.

What happens if I need work outside my plan?

Out-of-scope work is billed at RM 300/hour. We always quote and get your approval before starting any billable work.

Do I have to take everything?

No. Start with the modules you actually need — add HRMS, Helpdesk, Payment Gateway, more AI workflows, or custom dashboards as Phase 2 add-ons.

Is this MyInvois compliant?

Yes. The MyInvois module submits invoices to LHDN and stores compliant records. We configure it for your business during implementation.

How long does it take to go live?

Standard scope ships in 6 weeks. Starter is similar. Phase 2 add-ons go live in 2–4 weeks once core is running.
